Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a customer-facing or patient-facing role.
• Basic understanding of healthcare workflows.
• Experience with EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience handling payments and financial transactions with accuracy.
• Strong communication and professional written communication.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every patient.
• Build meaningful rapport with patients, fostering trust and confidence in their care journey.
• Educate prospective and current patients on laser therapy, treatment expectations, and benefits.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications, including multi-line phone systems, text and email follow-up.
• Coordinate and optimize patient scheduling to support clinic flow and laser technician productivity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment.
• Process patient payments and support daily financial reconciliation processes.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Support operational workflows that contribute to overall center efficiency and growth.
