Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hospital or clinical experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently with good communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and guests to and from cars, vans, shuttles, or taxis.
• Provide direction support and mobility assistance, answering questions.
• Transport patients, belongings, or medical devices as needed.
• Call, record, and monitor taxi or courtesy vehicle arrivals daily.
• Assist valet operations and sanitize equipment used for patient support.
• Help manage traffic in drive-up lanes for safety.
• Wheelchair recovery across hospital, clinic, and related areas.
