Responsibilities

• Assist patients and guests to and from cars, courtesy vans, shuttle buses, or taxis.
• Provide direction, mobility support, and answer general questions from guests.
• Keep patient loading zones clear and transport patients, belongings, or medical devices as needed.
• Monitor taxi cabs and courtesy vehicles daily for patients and visitors.
• Support valet operations and sanitize equipment used in patient support.
• Assist with traffic control in drive-up lanes to ensure safety for all.
