Job summary

Talentify is seeking an enthusiastic medical front desk receptionist in a physician practice in Indiana. You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and enter demographics and insurance data into the practice management system.

You will also post charges, assist with patient preparation, and support clinical staff as needed. The role requires at least 1 year of related office experience with medical terminology; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum age 17.
• At least 1 year of related office experience with medical terminology and coding preferred.
• Spanish language ability is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional, cheerful manner.
• Answer phones and relay messages to clinical staff accurately.
• Schedule patient appointments with physician providers and manage rotations.
• Collect demographic and insurance information and enter into the system.
• Enter charges and post services in the practice management system.
• Assist with clerical duties and ordering office supplies as needed.
