Adventist Health Glendale is seeking a part-time Concierge to manage the telephone switchboard, paging system, and related communications for a busy hospital environment. You will connect callers, provide information, and support hospital operations while upholding patient-focused service standards.

The role includes mentoring staff, associating with multiple departments, and ensuring accurate patient information and timely responses.

Formación

• Customer service call center experience preferred.
• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Responsabilidades

• Answers incoming telephone calls and provides information with professional etiquette.
• Operates paging system and acts as dispatcher between hospital personnel and security.
• Monitors alarm panels and other communications equipment; notifies designated staff of issues.
• Assists with admitting patients and maintains accurate patient information.
• Mentors and develops department staff and assigns duties as needed.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
