The Red Coat - Patient Guest Services Assistant serves as a visible brand ambassador, greeting visitors, guiding them through the campus, and ensuring a warm, informed experience for patients and families.

There are multiple day and evening positions, both full-time and part-time, with rotating weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in a customer service role with face-to-face interaction.
• Preferred Associate’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and assist patients, guests, and colleagues with directions and minimal transport.
• Access patient information to confirm appointments and locations.
• Provide concierge services for internet information and community amenities.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance the patient experience.
• Report safety, maintenance, and cleaning needs; respond to emergencies as needed.
• Coordinate patient needs with other departments.
