Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to exercise judgment to triage inquiries effectively.
• Bi-lingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet, greet and assist patients and visitors with directions and non-medical transport.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist with wayfinding and coordinating with care teams as needed.
• Utilize hospital patient information to confirm appointments and locations.
• Contribute to improving patient experience through proactive communication.
• Move through lobbies and front entrances to welcome and assist visitors.
