Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a friendly Receptionist to support the Q5 Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). You will greet patients, answer phones, screen callers, route messages, and help ensure smooth daily operations with privacy and professionalism.

You will work a rotating schedule with two 12-hour shifts (8:00 a.m.–8:30 p.m.) and two 8-hour shifts (12:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m.) each week, with some Saturdays and holiday rotation.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of related experience.
• Two years of college and/or business school.

Responsabilidades

• Perform receptionist functions for assigned areas and/or departments.
• Greet guests and provide appropriate assistance and information.
• Receive, screen, route and respond to incoming telephone calls.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.
• Comply with privacy and confidentiality policies when communicating with callers and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
