Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is hiring a Receptionist at the Main Campus for the J3 patient waiting lounge. You will greet families, coordinate visits, and relay updates to nursing coordinators, serving as the primary contact for visitors.

The role runs 11:30a–9p, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend coverage and rotating holidays. Eligible candidates typically hold a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; One year of related experience.
• Preferred qualifications: Two years of college and/or business school.

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist functions for assigned areas and/or departments.
• Greet guests and provide appropriate assistance and information.
• Receive, screen, route and respond to incoming telephone calls.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.
• Comply with privacy and confidentiality policies when communicating with callers and guests.
