Job summary

ImageCare Centers in New Jersey seeks a full-time Greeter at our Radiology locations. You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, greeting warmly and guiding arrivals while coordinating with receptionists to ensure smooth check-in.

The role requires a high school diploma, friendly communication, basic computer skills, and discretion with patient information. Schedule is Monday–Friday 9:30am–6:00pm with alternating Saturdays; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to facilitate smooth operations.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying insurance information and collecting necessary documentation.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
