ImageCare Radiology in Middletown, NJ is hiring a Full-Time Front Desk Associate to greet patients, answer calls, schedule tests, and support clinicians. All new hires attend orientation at Mount Olive before reporting to the Middletown site.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred (1 year).
• Must be able to handle high-volume phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming and internal phone calls and taking messages.
• Scheduling appointments for tests with clinicians.
• Assisting patients and visitors with directions and questions.
• Gathering insurance information and verifying coverage.
• Processing payments prior to exams when required.
