ImageCare Radiology is seeking a Full-Time Greeter to warmly welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a patient-focused environment. You will guide patient flow, support reception, and assist with check-in/out procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating communication between patients and providers, ensuring smooth operations, and managing reception-area logistics in a busy healthcare setting in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or related environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
