Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of phone experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate area.
• Answer the telephone and route calls as needed.
• Observe patient confidentiality with callers and information.
• Notify leaders when candidates arrive for interviews.
