Responsibilities

• Check patient into the electronic medical record
• Ensure patient packet questionnaire is complete, assist patient in completing
• Address patients questions or needs
• Review M.D. visit orders to manage and expedite ordered care
• Print paperwork for patient education and/or test instructions
• Check patient out of the electronic medical record at completion of visit
• Supports goals of department/organization; works as a team member
