DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist to handle multi-line phone calls, greet patients, collect insurance information, and schedule appointments. The role supports physicians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate data entry in a fast-paced dermatology environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with medical terminology is a plus.
• Ability to learn center tasks and assist management and physicians.
• Self-motivated to achieve high patient care and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Answering multi-line phones
• Greeting patients and vendors
• Signing patients in and out, obtaining insurance information and any other necessary data
• Scheduling appointments on the phone and at checkout desks
• Collecting outstanding balances and copays
• Providing patients with support and guidance as needed
• Maintaining safe, secure and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures.
