DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist in Michigan to support front-desk operations across our clinics. Our team emphasizes compassionate care and efficient patient flow in a busy dermatology environment.

You will answer multi-line phones, greet patients and vendors, sign in/out patients, collect insurance information and copays, schedule appointments, and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure smooth care delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Experience with medical terminology is a plus.
• Ability to learn related center tasks and assist management and physicians.
• Self-motivated to achieve the highest patient care and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Answering multi-line phones
• Greeting patients and vendors
• Signing patients in and out, obtaining insurance information and any other necessary data
• Scheduling appointments on the phone and at checkout desks
• Collecting outstanding balances and copays
• Providing patients with support and guidance as needed
• Maintaining safe, secure and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures.
