• Answer phone, screen calls, and relay messages.
• Proficient with medical office technology systems.
• Keep reception and work area tidy and organized.
• Inform Office Manager of problems and assist in solutions.
• Attend educational and staff meetings as scheduled.
• Work with staff to support high-quality patient care and team cohesion.
