Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and callers with a friendly, professional service.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using the designated system; assist with patient registration.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and handle data securely.
• Assist with insurance questions and billing inquiries; coordinate with the billing team.
• Relay information between patients and healthcare staff and escalate issues as needed.
