Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start required.

Responsibilities

• Checks-in patients in a timely manner and follows Web Check-in procedures.
• Answers clinic phone calls and provides information or routes questions appropriately.
• Verifies insurance timely and accurately.
• Ensures the occupational client’s preference card is followed and procedures observed.
• Reviews patient paperwork for completeness and collects necessary insurance/demographic information.
• Completes Daily Balance Checklist after each shift; accounts for all forms of payment.
