Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Dispensary Patient Consultant for a part-time, onsite role in the Retail Sales department. You will deliver concierge-level service to patrons and patients while supporting day-to-day operations in the store.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of retail customer service experience, and strong communication skills; Spanish bilinguals are preferred. Local travel is occasionally required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons and patients.
• Lead store tours and recommend products based on research.
• Explain benefits, discounts, and promotions to customers.
• Adhere to safety, health policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock.
• Operate the POS system and cash drawer accurately.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and compliance goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
