Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a medical office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rev Cycle, Insurance Eligibility and Payments: Verify insurance, collect payments, maintain insurance information and support clean billing.
• Registration and Checkout: Greet patients, register and update information, obtain documentation, ensure accurate check-in/check-out while confidentiality is maintained.
• Scheduling: Schedule and manage patient appointments, communicate policies, coordinate provider availability.
• Electronic Health Record: Enter, update, and maintain patient demographics, insurance, and appointment data per standards.
• General Office Duties: Front desk support, answer phones, maintain organized area, assist teammates, uphold policies.
