New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS) is seeking a Patient Communications Operator to handle high-volume calls, document information accurately, and protect patient privacy under HIPAA guidelines. You will be essential in delivering compassionate service at our Ridge, NY location.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of call-center experience in healthcare, strong computer and communication skills, a high school diploma, and a customer-service mindset.
