Kadlec Regional Medical Center in the Tri-Cities, Washington, is seeking a part-time PBX Operator to join the Patient Access team. Under the direction of the Manager, Patient Access, you will answer all incoming calls, transfer appropriately, and support colleagues with outgoing calls.

This evening shift, 20 hours per week, requires at least 6 months of customer service experience; coursework in office practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers all incoming calls to the Medical Center and transfers appropriately.
• Assists others in making outgoing calls and monitors switchboard functionality.
• Performs related clerical tasks as required.
