Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare or hospitality check-in setting with direct patient or customer service delivery
• Beginner level computer proficiency
• Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Completes check-in process including health screening and directs patients according to service line standards
• Verifies patient demographics and insurance information in the Practice Management System
• Assists with referrals, signed forms, and registrations to ensure compliance and billing readiness
• Handles payments, co-pays, and balances; performs daily cash processing and reconciliation
• May float to other local practices to provide coverage as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned
