Belmar Pharma Solutions seeks a Customer Experience Pharmacist to deliver exceptional patient care and support clinicians. You will handle high-volume inquiries, counsel patients and prescribers, and supervise technicians to maintain accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid license.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in math with a strong work ethic.
• Preferred experience with compounding, manufacturing environments, and federally regulated facilities.
• Background in chemistry and technical writing skills for SOPs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret prescriptions and input orders accurately into the computer system.
• Advise patients and prescribers on Belmar products and therapies.
• Verify compounding formulas and update lot and expiration dates.
• Perform final check on prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise technicians to optimize workflow and patient care.
• Provide initial interpretation of prescriptions and entry validation.
• Accept verbal orders from voicemail, IVR, and direct phone contacts.
• Answer phones as needed and support customer inquiries.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to all state and federal laws governing operations.
• Handle chemicals used in compounding with appropriate safety measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
