Job summary

Belmar Pharma Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Support Technician to handle order fulfillment, packaging, labeling, and shipping. You will work with the Customer Experience Center to meet client expectations and maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School diploma, PTCB, and strong attention to detail. Candidates with manufacturing or customer service experience are welcome; health coverage and 401(k) benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PTCB certification is required.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and pharmacy software.
• Team player with customer service or manufacturing exposure.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions and orders as written in accordance with SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Verify order details before final pharmacist verification.
• Label, assemble, package, and ship products to customers.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience Center for service and turnaround.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Maintain pharmacy workspace and equipment.
• Communicate across departments per SOPs and privacy policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This positionis responsible fororder fulfillment, stocking, packaging, and other material handling, and inventory control tasks to ensure timely and accurateshipments for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions and orders as writtenin accordance withSOPs and Work Instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift (up to 25 pounds) and repetitious physical activity.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• PTCB is required.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability toidentifyproblems and work to resolve issues
• Must be able to read, understand SOPs and all guidelines as they relate to the process
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and ability toutilizevarious software programs
• Must be able to use necessary equipment such as computers, scanners, or other technological devices assigned
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Experience working in a customer service environment is a plus
• Exposure to hazardous chemicals including cleaning agents and disinfectants.
