Axes Physical Therapy is seeking a Medical Front Office Supervisor for our Ashland clinic. You will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring a warm, professional patient and client experience through scheduling accuracy and proper handling of insurance information.

You will collaborate with the clinic director and billing teams on insurance verification, authorizations, and account management, supporting clinicians and optimizing office workflow to promote attendance and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Medical office experience: 2+ years.
• Customer service experience: 3+ years.
• Computer skills: 3+ years.
• EMR experience: 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling of new and returning patients.
• Maintain accurate data entry and front office procedures.
• Collect and verify insurance information; explain benefits.

• Support clinic cleanliness and organization in reception areas.
• Assist therapists and clinical team members with patient care tasks.
