Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling, registering, billing, and collecting payments while following policies. EPIC experience is preferred, and a high school diploma is required; customer service experience is essential.

• Manage patient flow to support timely appointments and optimal clinic operations.

• Follow all applicable policies and procedures and understand diversified insurance plans.
