You will greet patients, assist with check-in, and address questions while ensuring seamless guest flow and collaboration with the office team. The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, comfort with computers, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in a medical setting.
• Focus: A patient-centered approach, ensuring guests feel welcome.
• Skills: Proficiency with computers and technology; ability to learn quickly.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Guide patients through check-in, including use of virtual tablets, and address questions.
• Maintain smooth front desk flow by communicating about walk-ins and schedule changes.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to the office manager, physician, or billing team as needed.
• Perform opening and closing tasks at the front desk and lobby, and keep the area organized.
