Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth is seeking a Medical Receptionist for the Dodson Medical Office Building. You will greet patients, handle intake and checkout, and maintain efficient patient flow in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling and registering patients, and handling billing and payments while following clinic policies. Prior EPIC experience and strong communication are highly valued.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience with EPIC preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and establish a friendly check-in and check-out encounter for each visit.
• Maintain patient flow and answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate scheduling, registration, billing and payment collection according to clinic policies.
• Learn and understand diversified insurance plans and medical terminology.
