Responsibilities

Manage inventory and budget, ensuring that food and supplies are ordered and used efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement programs to promote patient satisfaction and well-being.
Supervise and train dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and other support staff.
