Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform patient check-in/check-out with accurate registration.
• Verify insurance eligibility, collect payments, and process referrals.
• Schedule appointments and optimize clinic workflow; handle patient inquiries.
• Maintain EMR accuracy and compliance with documentation standards.
• Assist providers with patient information, rooming, and procedures.
• Collect vitals and prepare exam rooms; assist with labs and vaccinations.
• Complete follow-up calls within 2–3 days post-discharge.
