Lehigh Valley Health Network, Inc. is seeking a part-time Clinical Concierge – Medical Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for patients. You will handle check-in/check-out, verify insurance, collect payments, and coordinate referrals while supporting clinical staff.

The role requires a Specialized Medical Assistant diploma or LVPG trainee completion, with strong multitasking, empathy, and proficiency in EMR systems. Prior experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma as a Medical Assistant or completion of LVPG Medical Assistant Trainee course.
• Associate’s Degree in Medical Assistant programs preferred.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform patient check-in/check-out with accurate registration and information collection.
• Verify insurance eligibility, collect payments, and process referrals.
• Schedule appointments and optimize clinic workflow; maintain EMR accuracy.
• Assist providers with patient data collection and rooming; support examinations and procedures.
• Complete follow-up calls 2–3 days post-discharge.
