Qualifications

• Phlebotomy program completion certificate or documented competency through a recognized training program.
• One year of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered registration, laboratory, and diagnostic services in PSC settings.
• Collect blood specimens via venipuncture, capillary collection, and heel sticks.
• Label specimens accurately and follow safety, infection prevention, and SLUHN policies.
• Perform outpatient EKGs and assist with registration workflows in Epic.
• Maintain competencies and ensure proper documentation in the EHR.
