Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a Phlebotomist to provide patient-centered laboratory support across PSC settings in the Lehigh Valley.

You will collect blood specimens by venipuncture, capillary collection, and heel sticks, ensuring proper patient identification and specimen labeling. This role also supports Epic registration workflows, non-blood specimen collection, outpatient EKGs, and specimen processing, with attention to safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy program completion or documented competency preferred.
• Experience with Epic or similar EHR systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture, capillary collection, and heel sticks.
• Label specimens accurately and ensure proper handling and transport.
• Perform outpatient EKGs and support specimen processing as assigned.
• Assist with Epic registration workflows and patient check-in tasks.
