Qualifications

• Phlebotomy program completion certificate or documented competency with at least 100 venipatures.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with accurate EHR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens via venipuncture, capillary, and heel sticks across all ages.
• Verify patient identity, labeling, and order accuracy.
• Perform Epic registration workflows and kiosk registration assistance.
• Assist with outpatient EKGs and specimen processing for transport to core lab.
• Maintain safety, infection prevention, and compliance with policies.
