Job summary

TriHealth seeks a Medical Assistant to support patient-centered care in a primary care setting. You will perform clinical tasks, coordinate care, and act as a liaison between patients, physicians, and care teams.

You must be certified or registered as a Medical Assistant and comfortable using EMR systems; the role offers a full-time day schedule with rotating weekend shifts and a sign-on bonus up to $500.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or registered medical assistant and maintain certification.
• Experience with EMR and medical office workflows is preferred.
• Strong clinical care, customer service, communication, and teamwork.
• Ability to coordinate care and manage patient messages and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Room patients for adult and pediatric primary care; perform procedures and immunizations.
• Document clinical calls and rooming information; manage orders and prescriptions.
• Respond to patient messages promptly and escalate issues as needed.
• Support population health, care gap closure, and pre-visit planning.
