Job summary

TriHealth White Oak Family Practice seeks a Medical Assistant to support providers and improve clinic flow in Cincinnati. This full-time role offers up to a $500 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits, with a focus on patient-centered care.

The MA will handle rooming, pre-visit planning, documentation, scheduling, and coordination of care across the care team in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or registered medical assistant.
• Experience in a physician practice or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of EMR and medical coding/billing encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Room adult/pediatric patients; perform clinical procedures and vitals.
• Document calls, enter orders and coordinate prescriptions.
• Address patient messages promptly and assist with care coordination.
• Collaborate with care teams to close gaps in care and support transitions.
