Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians in patient examinations, vital sign collection, and chart documentation. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient care quality, and adherence to CLIA and TriHealth policies.

The ideal candidate will have completed an approved program, be CPR certified, and hold an RMA or CMA credential (or equivalent) with up to one year of office experience. On-site, day shift with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program.
• RMA or CMA certification with CPR current and active.
• CPR certification and ability to perform EKG and venipuncture.
• Up to 1 year experience in medical/physician office setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician in examination and treatment; interview patients and record vitals.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain patient records and documentation.
• Support team with duties to enhance efficiency and quality patient care.
• Exhibit professional image and behavior toward patients and staff.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the treatment area.
• Demonstrate knowledge of sterile procedures and use of medical equipment.
