Job summary

TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital Physician Practices is seeking a Non‑Certified Medical Assistant to support physicians and patients in a primary care office. You will assist with exams, take vital signs, prepare exam rooms, perform EKGs, injections, venipuncture, and basic lab testing.

The role offers a full‑time day schedule, Monday–Friday, with no weekends or holidays, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team that values professionalism and compassion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EKG, injections and venipuncture performed per policy.
• Perform basic lab tests in accordance with CLIA and TriHealth policy.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency in rooming adults/children in primary care including procedures, immunizations, venipuncture and point-of-care testing.
• Maintains documentation of clinical calls, rooming info, prescriptions, and patient messages; escalates issues as needed.
• Contributes to population health efforts, pre-visit planning, and close collaboration with physicians on care gaps.
• Supports wrap-around services and provides patient coaching for wellness and chronic disease management.
• Keeps treatment areas safe and clean and adheres to sterile technique where applicable.
