EPIC Health is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team in Clio, MI. You will greet patients, manage check-in, assist with virtual tablets, and coordinate flows for walk-ins and appointments while upholding a patient-centered atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, hospital or medical office exposure preferred, with strong communication, organization, and tech-savviness to support scheduling and billing interactions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service role.
• Preferred previous experience in a medical office setting.
• Patient-centered approach and welcoming demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in.
• Guide patients through check-in and virtual tablets.
• Coordinate walk-ins and schedule changes.
• Troubleshoot patient issues with the office team.
• Perform opening and closing tasks for the front desk.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and assist non-digital check-ins.
• Communicate updates to team about arrivals and delays.
