Scheduling and case management across patient treatment journeys are the core focus of this role, with CRM tools such as Salesforce or ServiceNow used to ensure smooth operations. Onsite work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at Giralda Farms, 9am–6pm, with flexibility as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience is required.
• 4+ years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics.

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Patient Case Specialist to join our pharmaceutical client in Madison, NJ. This is a 12-month contract to start with the potential for extensions.

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Location: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday onsite at Giralda Farms is required each week.

Schedule: 9am-6pm depending on business needs (Must be flexible).

Description: The Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of clinical and commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products. The primary duty of the Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics is to maintain the day-to-day operations of patients' treatment journey related to their materials, related to transportation, manufacturing, and distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Assist as a point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing sites, couriers, and other internal partners.

• Monitor the Patient's treatment journey from collection to infusion while potentially troubleshooting issues.
• Monitor and triage requests and issues within the case management system.
• Comply with and maintain training and good documentation practices.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• Work experience in one or more of the following fields: Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics.

• 4+ years of work experience in one or more of the following fields: Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics
