Mansioni

• Assembles patient charts for new admissions and enters admission orders and demographic data.
• Greets patients and visitors; answers phones and calls lights; routes information requests to HIM department.
• Maintains and updates orders and charting; updates chart locator database.
• Participates in unit/hospital educational programs to maintain skill and competency.
• Performs patient chart maintenance to ensure ready availability of data.
