Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Experience in health care or patient scheduling is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Assembles patient charts and enters admission data to ensure accurate records.
• Greets patients, families, visitors and care team members; answers calls and directs inquiries.
• Maintains and updates orders, transfers charts, and updates chart locator data for accuracy.
• Participates in unit and hospital educational programs to maintain skills.
• Performs chart maintenance to ensure data accessibility for care and billing.
• Handles unit mail, supplies and photocopying to support efficient operations.
• Assists in optimizing patient flow by coordinating with leadership.
