Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble patient charts for new admissions and enter admission orders and demographics.
• Greet patients, families, visitors, and staff; answer phones and call lights; route information to HIM as needed.
• Maintain and update orders and charts; transfer charts as required; update chart locator database.
