Qualifications

• Prior dental front office or patient care coordination experience preferred.
• Strong phone communication skills with outbound calling ability.

• Comfort discussing treatment costs, financing options, and scheduling.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound calls to patients with outstanding or incomplete treatment plans.
• Follow up with patients to schedule and complete recommended care.
• Explain treatment benefits, costs, and financing options clearly.
• Coordinate with the clinical team on treatment priorities and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up documentation.
