Job summary

Elite Dental Partners in Illinois is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to educate patients on treatment plans, present options, and secure financial consent. You will schedule appointments, coordinate with labs, and manage administrative tasks to support an exceptional patient experience.

A high school diploma is required; dental software experience with Dentrix is preferred, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and EOBs preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental software; experience with Dentrix strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plan options and obtain financial consent including payment plans.
• Ensure treatment plans are accurately recorded in the system.
• Manage a productive schedule and coordinate future appointments.
• Coordinate with labs to ensure case completion prior to patient visits.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely.

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dental software, experience with Dentrix strongly preferred
