Qualifications

• Experience in an acute care setting or current nursing student preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Record vital signs and report findings to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming, linen changes, and mobility using aids.
• Collect urine and stool samples and perform glucose monitoring as directed.
• Maintain infection control and PPE practices and support team communication.
