Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Collects and records patient data including vital signs and intake/output, reporting to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Supports patients with meals, bathing, oral care, grooming, linen changes, and mobility.
• Assists with positioning, ambulating, and use of mobility aids.
• Collects urine/stool samples and performs blood glucose monitoring, documenting results.
• Assists with effective communication among the care team and adheres to PPE protocols.
• Maintains infection control standards and participates in quality and safety initiatives.
• Maintains regular attendance and complies with policies.
