Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Collects and records vital signs and other patient data for RN/LPN/LVN
• Supports patients with meals, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Assists with patient positioning and use of mobility aids
• Collects specimens and monitors blood glucose per protocol
• Maintains infection control and PPE compliance
• Maintains regular attendance and adheres to policies and standards
